配置设备过程中出现断网现象怎么办？<br />
*检查附近是否有无线干扰，使用有线的情况下检查网线水晶头是否完好。（使用磊科路由器者建议换个路由器尝试，磊科会拦截某些数据导致断网）。<br />

设备网口指示灯的作用？<br />
*快闪状态：指示灯每0.5S闪烁一次，表示设备当前处于站点模式。<br />
*慢闪状态：指示灯每2S闪烁一次，表示设备当前处于热点模式。<br />
*常亮状态：指示灯常亮，站点模式或热点模式已经配置成功，可以开始预览。<br />

为什么手机扫描不到WIFI热点？<br />
*检测设备是否切换热点模式,或路由器热点是否开启。<br />
*查看手机软件VR CAM，WIFI权限是否点击"允许"。<br />
*如果您手机系统是Android-6.0，可尝试点击下图右上角的“手动连接” ，选择添加WIFI热点即可。<br />
*如果您手机系统是Android-6.0，热点模式配置下是无法扫描设备wifi热点列表或者路由器wifi列表的，请进入手机系统的“设置”，找到“高级设置”，进入“开发者选项”，打开“一律允许WLAN漫游扫描”即可<br />
*查看手机软件VR CAM，WIFI权限已"拒绝"的情况下是无法扫描WIFI热点的,进入您手机的 VR CAM“权限管理”，将“开启WIFI”与“修改系统设置”设置为“允许”即可。<br />

为什么配置成功后设备是离线状态？<br />
*热点配置添加设备后会有一段重新连网的过程，此时设备显示是离线的，等待30S左右，待网络连接成功，可直接点击刷新或进入设备预览界面查看能否出现视频来判断设备状态。</div>
